Picked this spot to be in the center of San Diego to have quick access to whatever part of the city we wanted to go. The views from the balcony and lounge area were amazing, and the space was very cozy.

This is a wonderful location for people visiting SD. It's walkable to Balboa Park (which is full of many amazing attractions including the zoo and museums) and great local restaurants, as well as a quick drive to the airport. The included parking spot is clutch as it is secure and saves on what could potentially cost hundreds in overnight parking. The unit itself is spacious, clean, well-supplied, and feels private and secluded, even with other units nearby. The view from the rooftop is stunning and a wonderful way to start or end a day. The coffee and kitchen staples go beyond basics and are especially helpful to make it feel like home without having to bring much. Host was kind and very responsive to any and all questions!

If you’re looking for the best experience in San Diego Balboa park area, look no further.
This place was a home away from home and had everything you might need. It was so close to the zoo and museums. A bunch of cool eateries around the place. Easy to get around and private stay. We enjoyed our take out dinner on the beautiful roof top deck right down the hallway watching numerous airplanes fly by. Couldn’t ask for a better place! Thanks

The location was great. The rooftop patio offered views of sunsets and residents we meet on the rooftop were very friendly and helpful.
The management company would respond to questions and comments within a half hour. It was located in a very walkable neighborhood and there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed here for a quick getaway. The host was helpful and responsive and the check in was the smoothest and most simple ever.
The apartment was modern and very clean fully stocked with everything needed for a short stay. Bonus points for the communal balcony terrace area with couches .
Loved the location; it was a few feet away from a great coffee shop , and we walked to Balboa park, museums , restaurants and San Diego Zoo. When we traveled further we used Uber .
It’s also only 15 mins from the airport.
If you’re spending a few days in San Diego and you don’t know where to stay - you just found it!

The sunset city & water views from this property are no joke, they’re as good as the pics make them out to be! Enjoyed my stay here, the studio is setup perfectly for a solo traveler or couple and well equipped for longer stays.

This place was amazing. Absolutely beautiful apartment and killer rooftop patio that was right outside the door. I felt immediately at home there and cannot wait to go back.
It was about 15 minutes from Little Italy (walking - very hilly but do’able) and right next to Balboa Park. We Uber’d a lot but there is lots of stuff walkable.
Don’t hesitate to stay here!

I will try to keep it short but there is so much to say about this experience. The communication between staff and guest is at a lightning speed. Always willing to work with us and go above and beyond. The space is not only a great location and well appointed but very spacious and open. It’s bright, cheery and beautiful. 🤩 It was immaculate when we arrived. It’s walking distance to so many places to eat, Balboa park, Little Italy, Gas Lamp and the waterfront. 5-10 minute Lyft from the airport! It’s also double entry so very safe for a female traveling alone. The outdoor space is also fantastic. I can easily highly recommend this place and hope I get to visit it again soon!!! This place was perfect for our five day stay in San Diego! It’s in a great location and is a walkable distance to many attractions. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The complimentary parking was a life saver! I appreciated the hospitality and quick responses to our questions. Really liked the location in Banker's Hill - with a short walk to Balboa Park, several noteworthy restaurants and cafes, and workout options nearby. Short Uber ride to Coronado, Little Italy and other areas. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean. It appeared recently renovated with a large, fully-stocked kitchen -- allowing us to enjoy home cooked breakfasts and hot coffee for lazy mornings on the sunny balcony. Also appreciated the washer / dryer given our stay was about a week long. Hosts very responsive. Would stay here again. Much better than hotels for sure!
